Proof of time is not shown; holiday and time balance are wrong

Hello. One of our users has reported two issues in SAP Business byDesign:

1. Proof of time is not shown.

2. Holiday and time balance are wrong.

Can you please give us a tip on which settings should be checked or what may cause these issues?
