QM Inspection in PP routings - fixed inspection scope calculated wrong

Dear SAP community,

we´re trying to implement QM inspection into our PP routings with 100% quality inspection and fixed inspection scope (inspection scope should be equal to the target quantity of the production order).

We succesfully created the inspection steps in our PP routings, but unfortunately the fixed inspection scope gets calculated wron (QAMV-SOLLSTPUMF).

In my following example, we have a production order quantity of 2 pcs, inspection quantity is calculated correct.

But the single values / fixed inspection scope for characteristics are only expecting one piece instead of two.

I´ve also talked to our QM consultant, but he does also not have a solution on hand.

Can anybody point me in the correct direction, where and how the fixed inspection scope is calculated and how whe can solve the issue?
