Release strategy for Requisition created on Projects in PS module

Good day,

Is it possible to have a release strategy on a requisition created from a project in the Project System module (CJ20N)? I would like to be able to have a release strategy based on the network number or WBS element once a requisition is created for a project. 

If possible, how can this be achieved?

Do not plan for complex release process for PR created from CJ20N with network number/s or WBS element/s! Better have a separate PR document type for project system ( such as ZPNB) and while creating PR from CJ20N- system should create PR with only ZPNB PR document type but make sure in your  release process for PR you should have PR document type as ZPNB value in your PR release strategy.
