Round tax value according to norm ABNT NBR 5891

I'm needing to setup tax according to the abouve rule

Rounding rules

1) When the digit to be kept is followed by number less than 5, the figure remains to be preserved and retreat the later.

EXAMPLE: 3 1.333 rounded to the first decimal becomes 1.3

2) When the digit to be kept is followed by digit greater than 5, or equal to 5 followed by at least one digit other than zero, add a unit to the digit to be kept and withdraw the pos conditions.

EXAMPLE 1:1.666 6 rounded to the first decimal becomes 1.7

EXAMPLE 2:4.850 5 rounded to the first decimal becomes 4.9

3) When the digit to be kept is odd, followed by 5 and later of zeros, added a drive to digit to be stored and withdraw the later

EXAMPLE: 4.550 0 rounded to the first decimal becomes 4.6

4) When the digit to be kept for couple, followed by 5 and later of zeros, the figure remains to be preserved and retreat the later.

EXAMPLE: 4.850 0 rounded to the first decimal becomes 4.8

1. Quando o algarismo a ser conservado for seguido de algarismo inferior a 5, permanece o algarismo a ser conservado e retiram-se os posteriores.

EXEMPLO: 1,333 3 arredondado à primeira decimal torna-se 1,3

2. Quando o algarismo a ser conservado for seguido de algarismo superior a 5, ou igual a 5 seguido de no mínimo um algarismo diferente de zero, soma-se uma unidade ao algarismo a ser conservado e retiram-se os posteriores.

EXEMPLO 1: 1,666 6 arredondado à primeira decimal torna-se 1,7

EXEMPLO 2: 4,850 5 arredondado à primeira decimal torna-se 4,9

3. Quando o algarismo a ser conservado for ímpar, seguido de 5 e posteriormente de zeros, soma-se uma unidade ao algarismo a ser conservado e retiram-se os posteriores

EXEMPLO: 4,550 0 arredondado à primeira decimal torna-se 4,6

4. Quando o algarismo a ser conservado for par, seguido de 5 e posteriormente de zeros, permanece o algarismo a ser conservado e retiram-se os posteriores.

EXEMPLO: 4,850 0 arredondado à primeira decimal torna-se 4,8

Prezado Eduardo, tudo bem? Vi que não houve resposta da comunidade à sua dúvida mas estamos enfrentando problemas de rejeição de nota de serviço em Duque de Caxias exatamente por causa desta normal ABNT. Você chegou a aplicar alguma melhoria no sistema ou estão convivendo com o problema? Agradeço antecipadamente a atenção.
