S/4 Hana 1909 Best Practices Activation US - Error at Scope Item "BM7"

Hello Community,

i actually acitvate the Best Practices in an S/4 1909 FP01 system. The scope items for code "DE" has already been activated.

Now i am trying to activate the scope items for code "US" and i am facing this issue during acitvation:

"BM7 -Scope Item: "US_BD9_OP" - You have not fully maintained the tax classifications"

Does anyone know how to solve this issue ?

Hi Michael,

Goto Transaction OVK1.

Delete the entries for US – UTX2 and UTX3 . (the screen shot shows CTX2 and CTX3 of CA).

Rerun the activation and that should activate successfully this time.
