S/4 HANA Public Cloud: Unable to download RFQ output in XML format

Hello Experts,

I found on scn that we can use #&&DOWNLOAD_FORM_DATA_XML&&# in output queue to download output data in xml format in PO print in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud

However, in RFQ I don't find a place to manually enter this command to download the data in xml format. In Manage RFQs app I see there no option for Add output which is available in PO to add output and change queue to download data.

Did any one face this issue ? Please suggest any alternative.

Hi Jitendra,

This trick unfortunately only works for "harmonized GUI" apps or apps that implement certain reuse components that allow the edit of the output before sending.

Alternatively, you could create a custom form that has all or many of the fields you are interested in added to it to review the available output and use that form for your testing.
