S4HC error message when create a purchase contract with app Manage Purchase Contract

I am receiving an error message when creating a purchase contract with app Manage Purchase Contract in S4H Cloud. See error message in attached document.image-08-06-2021-at-1013.jpeg .

When creating a purchase contract with the same data with app "Create Contract" (old ME31K), all worked fine.

I also search for the contract document types in "configure your solution" but could locate them.

Has anyone encountered the same issue or knows the cause of this issue?

Hello Team,

This due to browser cache. Could you please log off from the system and clear your browser cache then try to login to the system from scratch.
