Sales Order Creation from Service Order in S4 Hana public cloud.

Hi All,

In the service order’s Items list, maintain product ID TG11 as separate line item and manually select the Sales Item category.

which item item category has to be selected here to auto create sales order in service order?

sales order is not getting created for me pls suggest.

How are you? I have deleted the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Service" for this question, as Service Orders are Objects related to Service Line of Business.

Hi raghavenderm,

in S/4HANA public cloud, there is no mechanism to create a sales order as a follow-up document of a service order item. If your idea is to use a follow-up sales order for the logistical processes, you can refer to my blog that describes an approach for this.

Otherwise, you can consider the solution order, which allows you to create sales and service orders as follow-up documents
