SAP HCM Leave Without Pay not prorate the Basic Salary (IT0008)

Hi all ,

I configured a Leave / Absense ( Penalty Leave without pay - Absense Days : 0.25 ) and also setup in

IMG > Payroll > Absenses > Group absenses for absense valuation.

but when I run the payroll simulation, leave will not prorate the basic salary (IT0008) .

may be I missed some steps. kindly help.

PRCL 10 is 1 for WTs 001 amd 003 , if you see the proration Wage types from /801 to /816 ony few WTs are prorated

I see you dont have proration of <1 Day in your system. I mean if employee takes less than 1 Day proration will not happen in your system you need to convert hours into days in this case

Firstly , Can you test one employee with <1 Day unpaid absence and share XVAL input and output for wage type 0001

Basically I marked absence (P006-Penalty LWOP) which absence days is 0.25, but its not prorating the basic salary WT 0001
