SAP Note 3282663 error while implementing

Hi Team,

I am trying to implement sap note but I am getting the activation errors. I clicked Activate anyway but, when releasing the transport it is giving me the errors where a function group is inactive and some classes are inactive. But the function group does not exist and also while activating the classes it is giving me method GET_TOKEN does not exist.

Can you please advice if I missed anything while implementing the note.

Open a support ticket

And stop trying to activate when you have an error

Read the note, and note the 'Implement the Support Packages and Patches referenced by this SAP Note.'

(Did you also implement the prerequisites notes and their own prerequisites notes)

Consider reporting an incident to OSS in case you don't make it through.

Hi Raymond Giuseppi,

As per basis team, CRM_* object is not active in one of the landscape, basis team told us not to implement the OSS note.
