Hello Experts,
In my Scenario an default additional document(Instruction Document) has to be automatically sent to the suppliers through mail along with Purchase Order Document when a Purchase Order is created.
I request you to please provide the relevant documentation or Links to achieve my requirement.

Hello Venu,
The only way that I can see to send two documents in one email is to attach the Instructions Document to the purchase order and merge it with the email output. This will allow both documents to be included in the same email and ensure that all necessary information is conveyed to the recipient.
