Setup instructions for 40Y - Intercompany Reconciliation Process, S/4HANA 2020 On-premise

I am performing post-activation configuration for Best Practices in S/4HANA 2020 On Premise by following the steps outlined in this Admin Guide: https://help.sap.com/viewer/S4HANA2020_AdminGuide/5a3861e6e0a64295b8b436f1466cd4b7.html.

For scope item 40Y the link to the settings is: https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/Setup/40Y_S4HANA2020_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf

I am not able to access the file, it seems that it not exist (I tried in Firefox and in Google Chrome, I cleared all cookies and cache - still no luck). I found a question with an alternative link: https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/Setup/40Y_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf, but it seems to be related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. I also found a link for S/4HANA 1909 On Premise: https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/Setup/40Y_S4HANA1909_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf, but I am not sure which parts of it are relevant for S/4HANA 2020 OP and if I need to perform additional steps, which are not described in the 1909 version. Are there alternative ways to access the required content?

As we do not have set-up instructions in Best Practices Explorer for newer versions anymore, I do not know where to look for it.

Edit: the same problem exists for BMR - Scheduling Agreements in Procurement. The guide points to https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/Setup/BMR_S4HANA2020_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf, which is not available, but I found a guide for S/4HANA Cloud 1909: https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/Setup/BMR_S4HANA1909_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf

Dear Veselina,

Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.

Please check if a similar question has already been asked in the Community. We have found that sometimes questions that have been answered before are no longer receiving responses.

The easiest way to do this, is to visit the All Questions page and search for your specific topic.

You could also check the SAP Support Portal and search for SAP Notes, SAP Knowledge Base Articles and more.

If all of this doesn’t work, I would suggest that you create a support ticket. All you need to do is log onto the SAP Support Portal with your S-user ID and password: http://service.sap.com/message

Thanks,

Mozi
