Starter Customizing Tentant and Starter Development tenant not sync?

We have 2 starter systems, Starter Customizing Tenant and Starter Development Tenant. All the data and configuration is in the Starter customizing tenant and never uses the Starter Development tenant at all.

We have a need to implement BAdI for the supplier invoice workflow and BAdI implementation is only can implement in the Starter Development Tenant, whereas in the Starter Development Tenant there is no data and configuration like in the Starter Customizing Tenant. then how to overcome this? Meanwhile, the starter customizing tenant and the starter development tenant cannot be in sync.

Sorry because this is our first time implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. If there are any errors in the views and stages I explained above, please correct them further.

Hi, 

Yes, from a configuration standpoint the development and customizing tenants will not be in sync. It is important to configure manually the Primary Finance settings, Organizational structure in 080 Development tenant. Based on the Extensibility object requirements, the related configurations would have to be created in 080 tenant and also the relevant master data for unit testing. When the development is completed, you can point the ADT tool to Customizing tenant 100 and perform testing with the data and configuration that exists in Customizing tenant 100.
