Suggestions on transport mechanism for multiple S4HC tenants

Hello experts,

I need an advice on which transport methodology to use in case that there is a need to transport developer extensibility (ABAP extensibility) from one S4 HANA Cloud development tenant to multiple S4 HANA Cloud quality / production tenants. The setup comprises of multiple 3-tier landscapes and we would like to transfer "common" developments from one development tenant to multiple Q/P tenants across all those landscapes.

Question is - would abapGIT be best solution for this purpose? Or perhaps gCTS can be used?
