I am proposing to convert the customer's ECC6.0 to S/4HANA.

I would like to know the details of the text added to note2993220.

To allow a smooth transition from classical EC-PCA based on the special ledger to the new Profit Center Accounting on Universal Journal, classical Profit Center Accounting plans to partly enable classical Profit Center Accounting for SAP S/4HANA. With this enhancement classical Profit Center Accounting could be used beyond the expiry date of the compatibility package usage rights. However, SAP still regards classical Profit Center Accounting as a deprecated solution for which you could not expect any further modernizations or enhancements in SAP S/4HANA. Therefore, a transition to Profit Center Accounting on Universal Journal is strongly recommended with the next fiscal year change.

Q1:When do you mean "classical Profit Center Accounting plans to partly enable classical Profit Center Accounting for SAP S/4HANA"? (Next version of 2023?)

Q2:But, it states that "With this enhancement classical Profit Center Accounting could be used beyond the expiry date of the compatibility package usage rights." it can already be used after December 31, 2025. This is not mentioned in note2269324 of the Compatibility Pack.
Is it correct to understand that Classical profit center accounting can be used after January 1, 2026?
