How can we create the trading partner(id-1000) and how can we assign the trading partner to a business partner(id-1234567).

Hello Pabbidi,
Trading partners can be only requested with an approved WSR. An incident has to be raised to "XX-S4C-SRV-CON" component (Expert configuration).
