In Unit of Measurement for Time we have UoM as TST in CUNI configuration.

Please let me know from where it is getting populated

From Standard SAP the value is getting entered or manually we have entered.

Dear Preeti,

I still do not understand.
UOMs are maintained in transaction CUNI.
Search helps etc. associated with corresponding field access the base table maintained by CUNI

If you desire to find out from which base tables and data are read please execute your logic you are working with (or CUNI) under SQL trace/monitoring from ST05.
