Unlimited delivery check for service orders

When unlimited delivery is checked in a service order, It will allow user to create qty higher than the qty mentioned in the PO. My question is "what will be the cap value till which user can create unlimited qty of SES?"

Is it the total PO value OR the value of that line item (say line item no.10).

Unlimited has no limit in terms of qty or dollar value.
