What is required to enable software export from S/4HANA Cloud, public edition?

In our S/4HANA Cloud, public edition tenant we have created some custom CDS views which we'd like to export, then import into another tenant, however our tenant type doesn't support the export operation.

What is required to enable this feature?

Hello

As per my understanding of S/4 HANA Public Cloud, it is not possible to export content or artifacts to another system.
