SAP B1 - Approval Status Report is open for all, its should be authorisation base only, NO one can see the status of documents of other users as well as other functions, which is not a part of his profile.

Hi, I am pretty sure that within AUTHORISATIONS within the main menu system you should find permission controls for the purchasing authorisation process - I have indicated below the 2 sections I believe you will find controls to lock down who can see the status reports.
