SAP Business One 10.0 - Client End user access (Citrix, SAP Business One Browser or WebClient)

Dear Experts,

Can you please advise what the best way of providing access to the end user on the hosted environment wherein the SAP servers are not located on premises. The customer plans to use SAP Business One 10.0 on SQL or SAP Business One 10.0 on HANA with around 40 users.

Does the customer needs to use Citrix / Windows Terminal Services to have a best optimized performance client user experience or will SAP Business One Browser access be enough to support 40 users without effecting the performance with all the functionalities of standard (all modules) SAP Business One.

The Web Client for SAP Business One version 10.0 seems to only have limited functionality which is for Sales and Customer Master Modules and does not have currently all the modules of SAP Business One, is this true ?

Hello,

There in the 9.x family there is a option called browser access.

You can configure it, if the server specification is good then this option should be good enough.

For stable connectivity, you can go for citrix/terminal service, but its going to be very expensive.

Another option is that you can have VPN.
