SAP Connection Shanghai

Currently we are facing a challenge for our S/4HANA Private Cloud global implementation in China with establishing the right connection with the SAP systems in Shanghai as China is not part of the customer overall domain. It is an independent entity as an IT organization separated from the rest of the organization. Here some context:

a. Background:

i. China not part of standard customer IT domain. Independent entity as an IT organization

ii. Microsoft does not provide support directly in China but via support parties

iii. If you take internet connection, Fortinet, it will hit wall, and decrease speed

b. Solution?:

i. Take internet connection based out of Hong Kong?

ii. 7000RM per year, very expensive

c. Struggle:

i. China cannot go through firewall

I can imagine this also happens to other customers in China from SAP? Is there a suggested way our customer can resolve this?
