Dear Experts

We have changed the scheduling from Lead Time to Basic Scheduling .

However , we are facing the below issue during the planned order conversion to production order.

Planned order conversion to production order , the scheduling related dates are copied from the material master as below:-

The order start and order finished dates are copied correctly from the material master as below

However when the production orders is created from the planned order, the system greys out the scheduling related fields . The scheduled start and scheduled finished dates are greyed out in production order. The dates are inconsistent as compared to the order start and finish

Stated below is the scheduling related configuration in the order .

Requesting for valued inputs , thanks in advanced

Hi Ayaz,

This is standard behavior. Scheduled dates in production order will always be calculated using the schedule margin key and routing duration by default.

You can use the below option in the production order screen menu to enable the scheduled date and time fields.

I am not sure of your exact requirement, but it's always better to adjust your routing durations to match the production lead time.

Krishna Chandra
