Section 89 relief being calculated wrong

We enabled section 89 relief for employees but there are differences in manually calculated values and values coming from system. Mostly the difference is in /650 and what we calculate (Tax of previous years for income + arrears). We checked but it isn't case of recalculation of exemptions. Can anyone please help in the matter? What can be possible causes of this? Also, what is the relevance of /6i2 in calculation of /6i6? What is /6i2 exactly? Willing to provide screenshots if anyone needs more data. Thanks.

For which year are you calculating sec.89? If possible, provide screen shots as per the wiki blog, so that, we can suggest.
