Text type not coming in FMEA

Hi All,

I am working on FMEA in ECC 6.0 and creating a new FMEA via T-code: QM_FMEA and not able to see text types to enter the description as shown below in the first screenshot. I am expecting text types to appear as shown in the second screen shot. I am not sure where to configure this and I have checked all the config nodes of FMEA and could not find any provision to configure these text types. plz guide.

I have removed the tag MAN Production Planning (PP), as this issue is not related to production planning. Please try to assign only the relevant tags for your question in the future, to make sure that it reaches the right audience.
