Unable to see certain bank open items for GL Clearing.

The open items from the Bank Account are not appearing in the App Clear G/L Accounts - Manual Clearing for manual clearing.

Dear Customer,

You can clear open items posted to G/L accounts of the type bank account. These open items are grouped according to their house bank accounts. Refer the help portal link https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/0fa84c9d9c634132b7c4abb9ffdd8f06/a84817567f98692de1000000... 

Provide the G/L Account number as a filter field on App Display Line Items in General Ledger. Please, check if the open items on the Bank G/L line items are having the House bank and House Bank Account details.

Since the house bank and house bank account details is missing for the journal entries with the G/L Account. The open items on the G/L Account are not found for manual clearing.

You have to use the App Rebuild House Banks and Account IDs in Accounting Documents https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/186460fdc35a4b64a713da9bb00deb1e/af56130f67d54d5e806a51a5...

to generate the House Bank and the House Bank Account Ids on the Journal Entry line items.

To access this app, you can open the Schedule Job for Flow Builder app, and select the job template Rebuild House Banks and Accout IDs in Accouting Documents.
