Urgent - Source to get best practice documents for SAP HCM submodules

I want to get best practice documents for all SAP HCM submodules. I had searched on market place, but i didn't find.

Please let me know from where i will get these documents.

A simple search on the web should have enabled you to find many sites, such as

SAP Best Practices – SAP Help Portal Page

or the one Rohit provided you.

Also note that you probably will mostly find "country wise" documents only for Payroll.

Actually I need Best Practice documents country wise for all the sub-modules OM,PA,TM,PY etc. Can you please provide me the link from where I will get those documents.
