Hello,
We're having a inconsitency in our prints reports refering the TCodes LX02 and LM01.
The printed pages are coming out in Black and White, as expected. But the printer reports are pointing out that these prints are Coloured.
We suspect that the current configuration is using all colors and the black ink to do a B&W printing.
Can you please help us to check this matter? If is necessary any test, can you please guide us on how to do so?
