People write books on how to choose an ERP software. There is no way to answer that question with a simple Q&A. Still on a very high level you need to make sure that the ERP package covers your current business requirements as well as future requirements. Therefore you need to check if the software provider strategy fits your business e.g. in the cloud vs on premise installation. That's a huge task, I know, but as I said, people write books about that.
You also need to check if the software cost, I mean the total cost of implementation and ownership is within your budged.
To put it briefly - three points to check:
- if the software fits your business now
- if the software will fit your business in the future
- if the business can afford the software
