Why does MRP Live on HANA not support parameter effectivity?

Based on SAP Note 1914010 and 2986887 MRP Live on HANA does not support parameter effectivity, I would like to more information about it, because SAP does not provide any further details in this notes.

MRP Live can plan materials with parameter effectivity, as of SAP Note 2986887 MRP live: dispatch parameter effectivity materials to classic MRP. 

The only drawback is that materials with parameter effectivity will be planned in ABAP, instead of being planned in HANA.
