Government SEFAZ Technical Notes with Optional Events

Hello,

In recent years, the Secretaria da Fazenda (SEFAZ) has published several technical notes containing optional events. This means that taxpayers are not obligated to issue these events, and it is up to each company to decide whether to use them.

Since these events are optional, SAP considers the events as new features and not mandatory legal changes. Therefore, optional technical notes will not appear in the regulatory change manager (RCM) tool.

You can check the following technical notes with optional events published by SEFAZ:

• Nota Técnica NF-e 2020.007 – Evento Ator Interessado na NF-e (NF-e Intestered Actor)
• Nota Técnica NF-e 2021.001 – Evento Comprovante de Entrega na NF-e (NF-e Delivery Confirmation)
• Nota Técnica NF-e 2023.005 – Evento Insucesso de Entrega na NF-e (NF-e Delivery Failure)
• Nota Técnica CT-e 2019.001 – Evento Comprovante de Entrega no CT-e (CT-e Delivery Confirmation)
• Nota Técnica CT-e 2023.002 – Evento Insucesso de Entrega no CT-e (CT-e Delivery Failure)

SAP is still analyzing the demand for each technical note. Any updates will be published on the SAP Roadmap Explorer for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, inbound and outbound options for Brazil.
