Adhoc Actions Issue

Dear All,

When i click any Adhoc action like US SEC Preview/Excel Preview/US SEC Validation, its shows an error that "Generating chapter preview failed"

When i click the log file in Administration its shows that

Hello Manoj,

A US SEC preview on an Excel file is completely meaningless.

You added output formats to your report type that are not valid (like US validation on Excel)
