BPC 10.1 - Save Results dialog box appears blank after saving data in an input form

Hi all,

I have the following error, when I try to submit data in an input through a "Save Data" button in EPM 10.1 NW version, the "Save Results" dialog box appears blank and doesn't contain information about the number of saved, rejected, etc. records.

I have tried to upgrade MS and delete "MSForms.exd" files and after deletion, the first time I try to save data it works fine, but the rest of the time this blank window reappears, does anyone know how to fix it?

My version is EPM10 SP 16.

Sorry, but is it true that you are still using EPM10 SP 16 ???

It's absolutely outdated and not supported now.

The current version for EPM is SP 38. Upgrade required!

My MS Office version is 2002 which belongs to MS Office 365 ProPlus.
