With the 1H 2024 release, we have introduced new AI capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to enhance recruiter and hiring manager efficiency, accelerate recruiting processes, and improve experience across the hiring process.

Through customer influence on the Customer Community and innovative product enhancements, we are bringing your ideas to life and driving improvements across the recruiting experience.

AI-Assisted Applicant Screening

Applicants can now provide skills as part of the application process from the career site by uploading a resume, searching and adding skills, or using the suggest skills-functionality. Recruiters can quickly identify top talent by using AI to match applicants skills to relevant skills needed for a job, providing a skills compatibility score within the applicant management tool. By sorting top applicants by skills, recruiters can screen talent with the right skills needed for a role, helping to shorten the time to hire the best candidates for a role.

By selecting an applicant’s profile, recruiters can also see matching, related, and missing skills, as well as view other skills they have that don’t match to the job.

 

Enhancements to the Applicant Management Tool

As part of ongoing improvements to the applicant management tool, there are several new enhancements delivered to help improve recruiter efficiency. This includes improved sorting capabilities, new vendor integration options, and additional features built into the applicant detail view. 

 

Improved Candidate Experiences

With this release, we have improved the experience for candidates to find job opportunities relevant to them, with a new map-based geolocation search interface built into the career site. Visitors of the career site can now more easily navigate and search for jobs based on location with an interactive map experience, allowing candidates to search for jobs local to them.

Additional enhancements to the candidate experience include a new interactive search on the career site that uses map-based geolocation along with enhancements to make the My Interviews and My Offers pages more intuitive and mobile-friendly.

 

Automated Hiring

For SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central customers, automatic processing of new hires from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting helps expedite hiring by skipping tedious data validation steps, when necessary. This capability is specifically valuable in cases of mass, seasonal, or high-volume hiring to boost efficiency and reduce the time it takes to bring on new employees.
