First Human Experience Management User Group Meeting in Spain for 2024

Hi, I am Gema Moraleda, a Local Product Manager in Spain for Human Experience Management (HXM) working at SAP Globalization Services.

Did you know that AUSAPE has already held the first Spanish User Group Meeting for HXM this year? This online event attracted over a hundred participants was conducted via Teams on January 10, 2024. Big thanks to all participants!

But firstly, let me provide some information about the Spanish User Group AUSAPE. Typically, they organize monthly gatherings for customers, partners, and SAP members to share knowledge about the various solutions offered. My colleagues from SAP, including teams from Product Management, Development, and Product Support, actively participate in these meetings, enriching the discussions and promoting more engagement among attendees.

 

Usually, January is a month when many legal changes are implemented in preparation for the New Year, and it is also the time to create yearly reports for Tax Authorities. It is not surprising that these legal changes have become the main topic of the event this week.

This time the meeting was divided into three parts:

• Welcome by the User Group Meetings coordinators.
• Review of legal change topics for 2024 done by SAP Globalization Services.
• Questions and Answers.

The atmosphere at the event was incredibly engaging, with both customers and partners expressing their satisfaction with the work that had been accomplished and prepared. Among other topics, concerns regarding new legislation pertaining to student internships in companies. (Royal Decree-Law 2/2023)

At SAP, we took the opportunity to showcase everything we had prepared and formed a collaborative group with our customers to collectively find a solution. This enabled our customers to openly discuss and determine, as a team, the best course of action.

We made sure to address all the questions and concerns raised by our customers and partners, as we remain committed to providing them with the optimal solution. From the perspective of a Product Manager, the User Group Meeting was a resounding success and has set a positive tone for the upcoming year. We are eagerly looking forward to the exciting times ahead!
