Navigate to Territory Admin > Administration > Job Summary and choose the BackgroundJob Summary tab.

The following status types are displayed in the Status column of the Background Job Summary page:
  • Waiting: The job is staged to progress.
  • Processing: The job is in progress.
  • Success: The processed job is a success.
  • Failed: The processed job has failed.
Use the Cancel button to terminate jobs that are in Waiting and Processing status. When you attempt to cancel a job, the following can occur:
  • If the job you tried to cancel is hung and can't be completed successfully, the application kills the job and displays “The selected job has been cancelled successfully." in the notification banner.

  • If the job you tried to cancel is active and can be completed successfully, the application doesn't kill the job and displays “The selected job run cannot be cancelled, as it is actively running."

Note:The option to cancel is applicable for all types of background jobs within the application.
