Here are some examples to brainstorm around to get you started, let us know if there are more:
- Copilot in Teams: summarize meeting minutes, suggest action items and save those back to SuccessFactors as CPM Meeting Notes or Activities.
- Copilot in Word: generate Job Description for a specific Job Requisition
- Copilot in Word: Distill and extract the required skills from a company strategy doc in Word, these skills are required for the employees to grow on, and prioritize those skills in the employee's Growth Portfolio.
- Copilot in PPT: generate a Presentation on possible Successors to a key role in my department, this involves evaluating current team members, understanding their skills and aspirations, and proactively planning for future leadership needs and presenting to C-Suite Leadership. This uses data sources combined and summarized from Competencies, Skills, Performance History, Feedback, Learning, etc.
