Can we have different "Invite candidate to apply" templates for agency candidates?

Howdy,

Recruiters in SuccessFactors can search the database and forward candidates to requisitions. Agency recruiters can also submit candidates to requisitions. In either situation the candidate ends up in the "Forwarded" status, and must be "Invited to Apply" to complete their application.

The challenge is the invite message needs to be different depending on how the candidate was sourced, however currently there is only one "Invite to Apply" recruiting email trigger. For example

• If forwarded by an internal recruiter we would like to say something similar to "Hi, we found you in our database, and found a role you might be interested in. Click here to learn more and apply"
• If forwarded by an agency we would like to say something similar to "Hi, your profile has been submitted by [[Agency_Name]] for our XX requisition. If you wish to be considered for this vacancy, please click here to review your information and our Data Privacy Consent Statement.

Two-part question!

1. Does anyone know if its possible to have different email templates for "Invite Candidate to Apply", and if not...
2. Does anyone know how to force a new candidate into "Invited to Apply" status when submitted by an agency, so we can include the [[Invite_Link]] tag in the first email to the candidate?
