In the SF Peformance templates, it is possible to add Competencies section which allows users to add job-specific and core competencies in their PM forms. After adding, is it possible to get this added to the user's Career worksheet automatically?
As of now we are adding competencies manually in CDP and PM forms for assessment - Readiness assessment in CDP, annual performance evaluation in the PM form.
Please let us know if there's any simplified approach.
