Deductions configuration in Successfactors

Seeking help on implementation query for deductions

Current situation is the employees contact HR Operations team to request air ticket through emails for air ticket reservation and the aim of the process is to automate the air ticket request on SAP SuccessFactors where the employee will fill the required fields such as included dependents beneficiaries: employee, employee with family or family only for booking their ticket aligned with travel agent team,The process should be integrated with Payroll system (ECP) and automate the replication once the request is approved for deduction purpose

i m kind of stuck here based on the above requirement there are many scenarios for number of installments, the number of installments should be automated based on the ticket amount claimed.

If Ticket Amount% = (33% or less) = (1). 2. If Ticket Amount% = (Above 33% - 66%) = (2). 3. If Ticket Amount% = (Above 66%) = (3).

Could you please suggest how to achieve this with advance configuration? Can we create custom MDF like advances and automate with recurring deductions, i tried to create MDF and try to update recurring deduction via integration center, but there is a limitation in updating recurring deduction via integration center (Not supported)
