Delay Learning Assignments

Hi SAP team,

Wanted to confirm if there is any functionality that would allow for the delay of Learning Assignments?

For example, assign a user 30 days after they are hired so at (Hire Date + 30 days).

Currently the system will assign on hire date when the user profile becomes active and its noticed by the Assignment Profile.

At present this particular functionality is currently not available. However there is an enhancement request created for this issue which has the status of For Long-term Consideration

Please feel free to add you comment. Also a similar enhancement has been Acknowledged by Product Management but again no time line on when this may be available.
