Error message popup after launching Online course

Hello,

I was launching Online course via LMS successfactors. There was error message which is Please report the following error to your system administrator: Ticket <some random number>. This error happened only my user. Others can launch this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Nidsara,

A quick solution that might work is to have the course re-assigned to the user. If that does not work, then please create an incident with the support team.
