Hello,
We only want our managers to be able to nominate regular employees as successors, not contingent workers.
Is it possible to do so by editing target population that is open for nomination?
If yes, would appreciate the steps on how to do this activity.
Please suggest.
Hey Pooja,
We have easily accomplished this by controlling the Target Population available for Succession Nomination through Role Based Permissions. Typically, you can create a target group that excludes anyone with the Contingent Worker flag set as "Yes". Use this target population for your permission role that is granting the permission for Succession Planning Permission which requires target population to be defined. By restricting the target population to this role, you should no longer see contingent workers available for nomination in Succession Planning.
Thanks!
