Failed to extend the session - error message

Hello! Ever since the 2H 2023 Update I have noticed a lot of new error messages popping up in SF. One of them is:

Failed to extend the session!

Does this indicate that the user has hit the 30 minute BizX timeout? Does anyone know any more details around this one?

I got this message the other day, but I was able to launch a lesson and my progress was saved, usually NOT the case when you have timed out.

Another vague error msg that does not tell users anything useful or give them an action to correct the issue.

Do you potentially have multiple tabs open in the same browser and or had them that browser cache may be holding onto for the current one?

I don't think I did. I will pay more attention to that if it happens again. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi Chris, Did you get this resolved? I'm running into the same issue but have only 1 tab open and have cleared cache etc.
