Is it possible to flow the reporting manager field from requisition to offer approval when not mapped from position? You may please refer 3 scenarios below:
Case 1: Can we create text field on requisition template where originator will write it ? Can we fetch the reporting manager field value on offer approval where it will be editable?
Case 2: Can we create text field on requisition template where originator will write it ? Can we fetch the reporting manager field value on offer approval where it will be editable and can we make it flow to onboarding? If flow to onboarding is possible , then there has to be text field only in onboarding . Kindly confirm.
