Hi,
we are implementing Performance & Goals. So far we used, next to the privat goals, group goals that were assigned to every employee. At the end of the year, every employee received the same rating for this group goal. What is the easiest way to do this in the Performance & Goals module? We saw we could use Metric Lookup Ratings. But we would like to know if there are any other option?
