Hide weight column in Performance Template Summary section

Dear Community,

is it possible to hide the weight column in the Summary Section of the performance form? Last year our client worked with a different implementation partner and the weight column was not visible. This year, after the copy of the performance form the weight column showed up despite I did not implement anything new. In each competency and goal section no-weight="true" is configured in XML. Moreover, out of nowhere it is possible now to edit the weighting of the goal section in the summary. Where can the edit option be disabled?

You can check the field permissions.

Set none permission for item and section wieght field.
