Home page approvals tile showing job title and not position title

Hello,

   For any Employee related workflow task, where that shows up in Quick Cards Approvals tile on the home page it is displaying Employee name and their Job title instead of Position title. Once the task is clicked, it navigates to Workflow details page and display position title correctly..

  Please let me know if this can be changed to display position title instead of job title on the home page
