I am seeking insights from your experiences with implementing fields in Offer Approvals. I understand that all Offer Approval fields must originate from either the Job Requisition, Application, or standalone offer fields.
Regarding compensation-related fields (e.g., Base Salary, Allowance, Accommodation, etc.), I would like to know if you recommend including these fields in the Job Requisition or Application and why.
