Is it possible to lock a Position to prevent changes

We have Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central. Is there a way to lock a position to prevent editing once a requisition has been created? Position changes after a requisition has been creating is having negative impacts on the Onboarding 2.0 process

Aren't you approaching it the wrong way around, because the issue you have is likely that it doesn't sync to the requisition right (which is technically possible to build with integration center) as that would keep everything in sync, right?

The only way to really "lock" it is by triggering a workflow on the position and not acting upon it by what I know. The only alternative is that a selective group of people managers positions (but that is often even worse in terms of system management).

Hi Jasper,

Could you provide more information on building a sync within the Integration Center to update the position information on the requisition?

Much appreciated,

I had a hunch that was what you were aiming for (many customers want that 🙂 ).
There's a KB that tells in the basis it's not possible, but there's a blog about it that does address how you can achieve this without external tooling (both can be found below)
